If ever England had a chance against the Aussies, it’s now. McGrath is injured, the sun shone all day while they posted a pretty decent total of four hundred-odd on a good wicket, and immediately the tenth wicket fell, it started chucking it down. We’ll have a lovely overcast start today, and hopefully Hoggard and Flintoff will be skittling them out. I tell you what, though, Vaughan had better start making some runs soon. Captain or no captain, a number 3 batsman has got to stick around in the middle.
