I’m glad Iwan Roberts put his teeth in for the signing ceremony at Cambridge United. I’m sure he’ll make a real contribution to the battle for survival. Not that I care too much about that, of course, compared with Forest’s battle to remain in the Championship.

Speaking of teeth, I know it’s not a surprise that there are false teeth on sale on eBay, but for God’s sake, there are 6 bids up to 6.50 for the bloody things! Some people have both far too much time and money. Chiz.

Still jetlagged, but duly rested after ten days in Banff. Great bunch of geezers to spend time with, and no major injuries. Lots of aches and pains, of course, but nothing major.

Lots of sushi in Banff, woo hoo! I wonder why there are so many Japanese people there? I like it. To be in a small town but have the choice of loads of sushi bars is fantastic.
